Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Solman AEO ("the Service"), operated by Oktay Solman. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Solman AEO analyzes a website you provide and produces an AI-visibility score and an optional generated llms.txtfile and structured data recommendations. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Acceptable use

• You may only submit URLs you are authorized to analyze.
• You may not use the Service to harm, overload, or disrupt any third party or our infrastructure.
• You may not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

3. Payments

Paid features are billed as a one-time charge of $9per generated file unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

4. Intellectual property

Output generated for your website (such as your llms.txtfile) is yours to use. The Service software, branding, and underlying models remain the property of Oktay Solman and its providers.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or visibility in any AI system or search engine. AI outputs are probabilistic and outside our control. The Service is a tool, not a guarantee of results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oktay Solman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
